Healthy Boundaries Bonus YouTube Members Light Language Healing

 

In this bonus healing we are receiving healing light codes to do with boundaries. During the first segment we are bringing compassion and healing to all of our re-traumatizing experiences where we were shamed during talks about boundaries. Where we were judged and experienced further victimization and stigmatization in the sharing of our traumas related to having weak boundaries.  

 

We also receive healing light codes for all the times that we have thought we are practicing self-care and creating healthy boundaries and cultivating being more assertive and where we later realized that our boundaries were actually armour and a trauma response; weaponised boundaries that ended up hurting ourselves and those we love.

 

We receive healing light codes where our newly created boundaries were called selfishness or hardheartedness by those who were used to us giving and giving nonstop even when it hurt our own health and mental health.

 

We receive healing light codes of discernment and understanding and the support to practice self-care and establish healthy boundaries in all of our relationships. Thank you.
